Using A Fun Day in the Jungle by Studio 37 for Marcus Fabrics, Julie sewed this cute and cuddly blanket for her son…how lucky is he! Thanks to Lucy for taking the photo!
Our good friend and very talented sewer Lori made this clutch following a pattern from the Signature Styles by Jenny Doh. The fabric is from Art Gallery’s Paradise collection. She got the book, fabric and rectangle ring here at hidden yardage. It holds a lot too…it could been used as a weapon :-)!

Using the Abby Bag Pattern by V and Co. Tracy, a friend of hidden yardage (and awesome tennis player!!!) sewed all four bags in less than 2 days!!! She gladly sewed two of them for friends Jill and Diane…lucky girls! She used the following fabrics Valori Wells Del Hi – Tapestry for Free Spirit and Chrysalis by Sanae for Moda (top), Oh My! by Sanae for Moda and Verona in Rouge by Emily Taylor Designs for Riley Blake (second), and Verona in Rouge by Emily Taylor Designs for Riley Blake (third). The fourth bag bottom right corner was made with left over pieces. Thanks Tracy for sending in the pics!
Our first graduates of the “c if u like it” class, Ana is 8 and Nohea is 11. Can you believe it was the first time either of them have sewn, let alone used a sewing machine?! Both girls completed their pillowcases in 1.5 hours…and on a 1/4 inch seam!!! Can’t wait to see what else they will sew in the future.
